“The overall design is good. What i would suggest is a metal tube in the centre to prevent any hose pinches. Also the ability for the metal reel itself to be able to fully swing to the left when placed upon a side wall thus allowing the user to have easy hose release when working around a property.”

“I ordered a garden strimmer and a hedge trimmer, hedge trimmer arrived but no grass trimmer, the delivery company said the box was damaged. The hedge trimmer had no battery or charger in the box. Tooled up said the charger and battery was in the strimmer box which wasn't delivered. Total joke. Tooled up said it would get delivered the next day, after waiting in all day nothing was delivered. All customer service says we are sorry. Biggest joke ever. Still not got my strimmer so I told them don't bother delivering and give me my money back. 2 waisted day waiting in for something that wasn't getting delivered”

“Very speedy delivery, received product which was of very good quality and as described within 1 to 2 days of ordering and was kept very up to date of the order processing, despatch and delivery by email notifications and prompt receipt of invoice and recipt. A 5 star experience and because of this I would definitely recommend using Tooled-Up.”
