“Very rapid and accurate despatch of the product that I ordered. Complications with collecting from my chosen collection point were not the fault of the seller - the collection point had stopped being a 'parcel shop' (without telling anyone) and they rejected my parcel. Luckily I was able to intercept it at the Royal Mail depot before it was returned to sender!”

“I ordered a Black and Decker battery and charger, my order was posted on time but unfortunately the courier didn't deliver on time. I was e-mailed by TOOLED-UP to say I should have received my item, if not I as to contact them and was they would check their end and was willing to send out a replacement. I would recommend TOOLED-UP and if necessary I will use them again because they are so professional and consumer oriented. Thank you. T”
