“Terrible service. Bought a sander. Batteries stopped working after around a month and half of buying it. Tried 4 times to return them for repair unable to do this. Spoke to many people on the phone and they all said the same thing but still didn't receive the returns label. Give up in the end.”

“Some very interesting products & prices - I bought a good value cordless Fein angle grinder. But a huge surcharge for sending to the Highlands meant that I had the item delivered to a friend in Edinburgh. It arrived by Royal Mail - who wouldn't have surcharged to deliver to the Highlands in any case! OK, we're a small market in the Highlands, but a little bit of thought would have made the purchase a lot easier.”
