How can I review it when I've not received it, I was supposed to get it on Friday and it didn't come!

Very disappointed. Ordered a saw blade that has not turned up after 5 working days when next day delivery was expected . Have now been told I have to wait for up to 10 working days before they can do anything about it. Not the service I expected. Won't use again.

I received an e-mail with a photograph showing that the hedge cutter I paid for had been successfully left in my shed. Except I don't own a shed and I have no idea where that shed is - it is not next door I know that much. ! I expected to sign for such an expensive piecce of kit. I did notr ask for it to be left with a neighbour or in a shed I don't recognise. I am not impressed with your delivery people at all. It strikes me as complete laziness on their part and not very good customer care. I hope they are a cheap firm to use because they have left your street credibility wrapped around your ankles, and I will not be using your firm again. I ordered two packs of 15 Sealey rivet nut flat head aluminium m6x1mm from you for a specific job , for a regular client of mine , I was disgusted to receive 1 pack with know explanation why .When I contacted your company they had know answer either, I do feel you have treated me badly, Frank Rowley.

Hi Frank, thank you for your review, we did send you an e-mail to advise that your order could not be completed because the item was discontinued and no further stock was available. We removed the P&P charge and sent the item we had so that you could at least start the job etc. We feel that we did the best thing in the circumstances rather than just cancelling the order in its entirety but we guess you can't please all the people all the time? We also explained to you on the telephone when you called what the problem was. We are sorry that we could not complete your order as you wished. Regards, tooled up

Got someone,s esle parcel for a man in south of england and i stay at the top of scotland and my own one was a day late had to buy another one as could not wait and then they want you to return the item and at you own cost would not use again

Hi, thank you for your review, we have investigated your complaint and it seems the initial problem was that a parcel was mis-labelled. This was a small light postal item that arrived the next day. Your actual parcel was much heavier so had to go by carrier which because of your outlying location in the very north of Scotland takes two days. The mistake with the first parcel had no bearing on your actual goods arriving with you as they were always going to be two days as advised and they were sent by separate carrier companies. We apologise for the error with the mistaken delivery, this was purely human error and these things happen occasionally and we have already organised the return of these goods. If the goods you did order are not required you can return them to us for a refund please contact us directly for details of how to do this. I ordered a Ryobi Hedge Trimmer and a Lithium Battery. The Hedge Trimmer was delivered after 7 days but is now 10 days and I still do not have the battery. The Hedge Trimmer is useless without the battery. Are they selling items they do not have in stock or do they normally take so long to deliver?

Hi Albert, thank you for your review, we have e-mailed you directly with a full explanation and your goods are now on the way. In short the battery and charger to go with the Hedgetrimmer you hadordered were on a 5-7 day despatch time and we have been let down by our suppliers however we have now sent the goods 1-2 days later than we had originally advised when you placed the order. After phoning and emailing you, I think your customer’s service is very bad and not helpful. It has cost me £12.50 to send the. Karcher GP50 water pump back to you as it was the wrong one. I have ordered the Karcher GP50 water pump and drainage kit. Hope this will be right.

Hi Jeannette, thank you for your review, we have looked at your order and it seems that you ordered the basic pump not one of the listed kits. We tried to sort out the problem and could have sent the extra parts but you didn't wait for our reply before returning the pump. We are always more than happy to help any customer with a problem but on this occasion unfortunately you had acted before we had the chance to answer an e-mail that had arrived after we had closed for the night. Adequate service at point of order but unable to procure performance of delivery courier or to action, follow up and correct delivery failures. E-mail of complaint sent to which reply awaited.

Hi John, thank you for your review, we have looked at your order to see what has happened, we contacted the carrier immediately we heard from you and raised an urgent investigation. It appears that the driver could not find the correct address and the goods are being returned to us. It appears from the carriers interview with their Driver and your e-mail to us that there is some confusion locally with door numbers and the wrong door was knocked on and then carded. Hi, thank you for your review, we have investigated your order and do believe that we are being unfairly criticised on this occasion. We sent out an e-mail newsletter detailing the goods on offer , we have checked the newsletter and the description is correct etc. However you seemed to have confused the product with the higher specification kit on offer on our website at a much higher price. We have offered to give you a full refund if you returned the goods to us so that you could purchase the full kit item if you wanted to. We feel that we have tried to help you but we have to stand by our original finding that the machine is correct as you ordered and exactly as stated on all of our correspondence, newsletters etc. Please contact our office directly if we can be of any further assistance. The first, and definitely the last, time to use Tooled-Up. Only used them anyway because item (Black & Decker Blower/Vacuum) was not on Amazon. They sent me a delivery confirmation, followed by a "how did we do" before anything arrived. Next I know, I get a refund confirmation from PayPal!! No communication from the company. Called, and was put on hold for ten minutes by a dozy girl who must just have started her customer service training. No apology, but she told me I could go back on the website and go through the whole ordering process again. Fortunately, the item is back on Amazon, and will be delivered tomorrow. Shocking customer service AND distribution management. David shaw

Waited in for delivery from DPD, driver turned up but didn't bother waiting and just drove off as I watched him, said left card but no card left as there is no letterbox. I managed to buy product off shelve from someone else same day. Unfortunately will not be ordering off tooled up again while they use DPD

Was expecting delivery Saturday and its Monday & still no delivery. Not happy. Many ways to keep me informed about a delivery - text, time slots, emails, but I'm in the dark with Tooled Up. Waited all day saturday & suppose I'll be in all day Monday waiting..... I can't review the item of course because I still don't have it!

The item i bought cost 1.24 the postage cost 3.29. The item came in a small white padded envelope. I don't mind this it's the fact i didn't know final cost until transaction had went through.there's know cancel or confirm button at end of transaction. Won't be using this site again.

Hi Michael, thank you for your review, you have contacted us directly regarding this issue and we will repeat our answer to you here. The P&P (Post & Packing ) charge is very clearly displayed at the basket stage prior to any customer or payment details being entered. This gives all customers the opportunity to proceed with the purchase or not as they see fit. We do not hide this charge where it is made, it is clear to see. We send out many orders without a P&P charge but in this case the very low cost of the items combined with the actual postage charge being greater than the item itself a P&P charge was levied. There is also a confirm order button after all the payment details have been entered on the payment page which also clearly shows what the cost of the items and any P&P charge is. We are sorry that you feel you cannot use us again but we do display the charges prior to purchase in a clear and honest manner. Thank you for your order. Regards, tooled up

Very disappointed got item opened box to find machine was covered in oil & had cracked top part, no attachments & no oil for engine. I had need the air compressor for work, so i was a victim of bad service & people not doing a job well ,lets see what happens? Impress me? Regards Mr A Robinson

We contacted you back immediately we received your e-mail to arrange a collection of the damaged item but we have not received a confirmation of when this can be done? Thank you for your review, I have looked into your order and can see you have ordered a WHS trowel , WHS is owned by Spear In Jackson and we are having some issues with them as regards to what manufacture name they are putting on their products.
