“Although competitively priced, the delivery times were disappointing. I picked items marked as in stock and “usually” dispatched within a week, but that didn’t happen. Order placed 15/7, last item arrived 5/8. If you need things quickly, I’d look elsewhere.”

“There was a glitch on the web site and I duplicated my order but I contacted customer services who were very helpful, cancelled one and the other item arrived the next day. I paid a good price, got good service and a refund was made within a few days. I will happily use Tooled-up again.”

“Very pleased to discover that Tooled-Up stocked 1/2 sheet Bosch orbital poer sander clamp-on sanding sheets - not stocked in DIY stores! Speedy delivery, keenly priced, reasonable P&P, carefully packed, and promptly delivered. Couldn't be more pleased - great 5-Star customer service!”

“Not just a great price; I certainly wasn't expecting such a quick delivery, especially over a weekend. Fantastic service, with spot on communication at every stage of the purchase.
