“Excellent service provided. This company delivered the item to the north of Ireland for a fraction of the cost others quoted. Several other companies would not deliver to the north. Delivery was first class and well on time. Go raibh maith agaibh.”

“Where to start? The Gardena lawnmower that we ordered comes in 2 parts - mower and basket. I could see that they had different delivery dates, but when I spoke with Tooled-Up we agreed that they could be shipped together - that did not happen and at the time of writing the basket still has not turned up. Now we all know that DHL are by far the worst delivery service. Note to everyone, for your own health, please do not order from anyone that ships using DHL - you are likely to regret it. I have reason to regret it again. Whilst I can not blame Tooled-Up for DHL's uselessness, I can blame them for using them as a carrier in the first place. The delivery was due on Friday by 16.23. At 16.31 I received a noted from DHL that they had tried to deliver and it had been refused. Nobody had tried to deliver it to us. I called Tooled-Up who then called DHL who assured them/us that they would redeliver later on Friday - they did not. Monday comes, speak to Tooled-Up who speak with DHL - apparently DHL have lost the box - not a small box - a lawn mower. The following day I received an e-mail at 1.45 saying that they would deliver between 2 and 3pm that day - thanks for the warning guys - It had to be signed for so we had to be in. It did arrive, and the the photographs show the state of the packaging, it looks like DHL had to re-package it. Very poor job Tooled-Up/DHL. The Gardena 400C lawnmower by the way is fantastic - a revalation. Hopefully the basket that goes with it will turn up at some point.”

“Overall Good service but far too many messages sent out per order. Order confirmation message, then a picking notice message,...then a packing notice message.... then an "it has dispatched" notice from the shipper (useful!)... but then a repeat of this from the company... blah blah... way over the top. What % of your customers really want know when an order moved from picking to packing?. For this reason alone i would not use again.”
