“Place order 2 weeks ago o line rcvid only part of my order still waiting for rest of it. No info when I bought that im going to wait so long. Took money for full order part ship small amount of it and that's it. Can't finish my work never order again SCAM”

“Never received the goods as Amazon-shipping never got to me and lied about 'the customer' refusing to sign for goods so they returned them to Tooled-Up”

“I had a text to say my pressure washer had been delivered by Amazon when it had not and had not been delivered to a neighbour. Amazon did not want to know, waiting to hear what Tooled-Up are going to do about it.”

“Do not use them! Sent the wrong item (was advertised wrong...incorrect photo used...they blamed Amazon). To return they have had me stay in the house all day on several occasions but no courier has turned up. I still have the item after 3 weeks of trying to resolve and they refuse to refund me until they have the item back (which is proving impossible!)”

Good afternoon We can only apologise for the experience you have had with this order. This is not the level of service we offer to our customers, and we have done everything we can to assist you further. Due to factors out of our control with the courier not collecting on the days we have booked for collection; this has added to the time frame of resolving this issue. As advised, we have little or no control over the item description and images on another marketplaces, as this is controlled by them. We work hard to make sure our descriptions are correct to the best of our knowledge. As we have been having issues with the courier getting your order collected for a full refund, we have now suggested an alternative return method , hopefully we can get this matter resolved very soon. “I’m afraid to say you guys proved to be a bit of a con! I selected a drill on line and then quite understandably you tried to up sell to me and asked if I want to buy a battery, and I decided to but two with a charger. It was a present for my son and I knew I had benefitted from having two batteries. I gave him the drill for Christmas but he already had two batteries from other purchases of the same brand, so I tried to return the batteries and charger. Apparently I ‘bought a kit’! No I didn’t I bought a drill and then added two batteries and a charger to the order. So you wouldn’t accept my return of the two batteries and charger. I have never come across any other retail site that behaved in this way, converting a series of purchases into the purchase of ‘a kit’. Bad show Tooled Up. Very shabby. I won’t return but will warn people of your dodgy behaviour.”

“WARRANTY. Unless you register directly, your equipment IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY even within the year. Never in 20 years have I had any problems with BOSCH 18v tools, until I purchased from TOOLED_UP. only to find out they didn't offer the 1 Year guarantee, I have to go through BOSCH themselves, but if you haven't registered then it's TOUGH!!!! NO GUARANTEE... GO TO SCREW FIX”

“Only ordered as their website gave the impression that the goods were in stock - and accepting expensive carriage at nearly £14 even though my item was over £100 - Turned out they had to order it in ! - The first email said about 4 weeks then a second email a few days later saying not available till end of December (another 8 weeks) So I cancelled and ordered elsewhere with free postage - (My item arrived from Northern Ireland next day ) Customer service were helpful and refunded quickly - Please don't give the impression something is in stock its very frustrating - I won't be back - sorry”

“Very bad company, except the customer service desk! They put on Internet advertising with M5 tapping drill bit which l wanted, take the monies from me and sending M6 tapping drill bit !I wrote an email to them and they don't reply gest after 4 days asking me more details!In this time I have called the customer service and l was lucky with the person ! The persons who are working there is not professionals if they don't know the difference between M5 and M6!”

“Didn't get what I ordered , just got a refund of what I spent on the tool in question... The tool was in stock when I ordered it then a day or two later I got refunded with absolutely no explanation of why... I even received confirmation that my item was being delivered , then a day later confirmation that it was actually delivered... nothing showed up. Very poor communication considering the tool I ordered was in stock and my money went through their online till. Won't be using this company again ... I'll be going direct to suppliers.”
