“I was very pleased with the price of my shredder. Your quick service and despatch were also first class. You also kept me informed of each step of the way. The process was only let down by the courier DHL They said they would deliver it in a timely fashion. However, on the day of delivery, I received a message from DHL saying there was a delay. I didn’t hear anything more for 4. days. I had to chase them up. They eventually responded saying that the shredder was last scanned at a delivery hub 4 days before and nothing since ie it was ‘lost’. I informed tooled up who quickly said they would send a refund in the next 4-5 working days. Tooled up are great, DHL are abysmal.”

“The price for my Black and Decker was very good but the service from Tooled up was brilliant. I was kept informed about the progress of my order along the way and it was delivered on time. Very well packed to protect it on its travels. Would recommend them .”

“I receive emails from Tooled Up, with offers. This time I dived in and found out that ordering a product was easy, the communication relating to the progress of the of the order was very good. I knew where things were all the time. The parcel was delivered on time and the item was in good condition. I iwll definitely buy products again from Tooled Up. This deal was the best I have seen. I am now looking for more.”
