“Was not impressed when I opened the box of the tree pruner. The items inside appeared not to be in a brand new condition. The battery was out of it's wrapper and partially charged and the wrapper was crumpled up. The charger was sitting loosely in a wrinkled up bag. The pruner sections would usually be in cellophane covers, they weren't. I don't know if they usually are and they were placed in the box in an untidy manner. There was a tear in the box as if it had been opened. The tree pruner seemed to me as if it had been returned as unwanted. The tree pruner does however appear to be functioning okay. The product also arrived a day late.”
