“Delivery took far too long . it was ordered on the 2nd and arrived on the 14th . Even the courier took 4 days .”

“Absolutely appalling experience using this company. If you are looking for a quick delivery do not waste your time with tooled up. Just use amazon and get what ever your buying delivered on time every time with no fuss. A simple order but with great significance, I have still not received my parcel after arranging on Four separate occasions as per the couriers instructions to be at home. Customer services have been very average to poor with dealing with my purchase. Do not be fooled by "purchase before 3pm for a next day delivery". This is a case of over promising and under delivering.”

“I ordered 2 tools on 2 day delivery and received a message from dhl saying delivering Wednesday. Didn’t turn up! Received another email from dhl saying they were expecting the parcel. On Friday I emailed you and was told it was being dispatched that evening. Finally arrived Monday over a week later. Tools are excellent delivery and info not 😊”

“Arrived early Well packed The courier left it in my porch I spoke to the bloke about delivery, he confirmed the courier and date of delivery, he said it migh arrive early It did, by 2 days”

“I received my Sirius spanner set quickly after placing an order, and I must say they are of very good quality. The set weighs quite a lot, that shows how well built they are. I have yet to use them but I can tell they will handle any jobs I need them for on my car, these are as good quality as the ones I had before they were stolen from my garage following a break-in. The spanner set was tracked from the start to when it was delivered, and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Tooled-Up, a fantastic service provided.”
