“I was in need of new cordless hedge trimmer for occasional use, so didn't want to spend a lot of money, plus it needed to be compatible with the batteries of other cordless products I owned. I identified the Gardena hedge trimmer as being suitable, and found it on the Tooled-Up site at a very competitive price. Ordering was straightforward, and once ordered the tracking process was very good, and I knew where my order was every stage. It was delivered as promised. I would use Tooled-Up again.”

“Price was good, which is why I opted fpor Tooled-Up. I orered online and paid extra for next-day (Wednesday) delivery, as I neded it urgently. When nothing arrived by late Thursday I phoned the company and was told I shouldn't have been offered the next-day option and it would now be with me Friday or Saturday, which is wasn't. Another call on the Monday and I was told it would arrive on Wednesday (a week late), which it did, although the collection bag was missing ... and still is, despite my reporting it (and still waiting to hear). I was about to order a Boch strimmer too, but am holding off on that”

“Ordered a pressure washer expecting delivery within 1-2 days. Turned out to be a week due to delays by DHL (not really Tooled-Up’s fault). Customer service was responsive when I enquired what was happening which may have prompted DHL into action.”
