“Spent a few thousand pounds purchasing Rawl Bolts, they were shipped in a flimsy box which wasn't suitable for such a heavy package and arrived already damaged and torn open. Courier apparently dumped the box and disappeared without getting a signature. Package was shipped abroad and on arrival one item was found to be was missing. Wrote Tooled-Up explaining what had happened and if they would replace one E70 item. Emphatic No due to elapsed time, fair point I guess but disappointing customer service! Not encouraging!”

“You sell something and the parts missing what’s shown in the picture what you’re selling and then you say to me I’ll give you £5 back. What for I can’t use it. And then you send me an email saying we’ll collect it tomorrow. You don’t ask me if I’m going to be in or when is the best time for you so like I’ve sent you an email. No, I’m not gonna be in tomorrow because the item isn’t at my house.”

“Bought a strimmer from this company having taken my old one to pieces to try to work out why it had packed up. It had clearly given up the ghost. Ordered (somewhat reluctantly) that afternoon a new one from this company - they offered the best deal. It arrived . . . The next day! Fantastic service and I know the strimmer - same make as the previous one but with all its parts in the right order - will be great! Thank you!”
