“I needed a replacement garden saw. I found what looked like a suitable one on your website, ordered it and bought it. It arrived a few days later by post, and I was relieved to discover that it was just what I needed. My only reservations regarding your service are that I would like to have been able to confirm that the saw was what I needed before buying it, and I would like to have known when to expect it before it arrived.”

“Product is fine. Delivery was a problem. Courier failed to read the delivery instructions and just delivered to the nearby house given as the nearest postcode address. A typical problem with Lazy courier”

“I tried to place my order online but couldn't complete due to an error in the system, so i telephoned my order in. The young lady i spoke to was polite and helpful.I asked to pay extra for delivery(i ordered onsat and needed the item by tuesday) but she reassured me that my item would reach me by tues at the standard delivery charge. When i checked the delivery info royal mail were not delivering until the wednesday, a day later than i needed it.”
