“I was kept well informed with emails and Items arrived quickly . Only downside I spotted same set cheaper elsewhere next day!! Ouch!”

“Ordering was efficient and updates as to delivery from tool store was very good sadly the courier let them down. It was to be delivered on Tuesday 24th, I stayed in all afternoon, only to receive a text message to say that they could not delivery as nobody was in. I call customer services and they requested the driver to return. There was no card through my door and I finally received delivery on Thursday night. Courier's attitude was very poor”

Hi Jacquie I am sorry to hear about the delay in the parcel getting to you. I have asked the couriers that we use (Interlink Express) to investigate this for me to try and find out what the issue was. Once I hear back from them I will send you an email with an update. “Makita 4350FCT orbital Action Jigsaw with light 240v website easy to use, product arrived really fast, service was incredible kept informed at each step. Usually sceptical of using a new internet supplier certainly one ive not heard of before, but Alan Wadkins LTD Toolstore has left me with a pleasant taste in my mouth and would highly recommend them to anyone with doubt, Product well packed, not used as of yet, as Christmas Present but other reviews sings its praises so I'm not concerned.”

“Was looking for a more compact 4 stroke leaf blower when I came across this one. Bit pricy on the net till I found Watkins price, between 40 and 90 pounds cheaper than most. Ordered, delivered and operational in 2 days. Nice little machine and only a three click process when you get it out the box. They even give you a wee bottle of oil to get you started. Used it twice since purchase, great wee machine.”
