“Pre sales enquiries were handled promptly & efficiently over the phone. Their staff were able to answer my questions accurately. Very short phone waiting time. Delivery was free & item arrived on time. This was one of a very few companies which had my item [Matika electric wheelbarrow] in stock - & also cheaper than the others. Impressive.”

“Bought a plunge saw and guides . The saw was delivered but not the guides . When I spoke to Alan Wadkins they couldn’t have been more helpful the guides were delivered I also had 2 courtesy calls from this company as the courier had missed parcel on the van . I would highly recommend this company and there efficiency.”

“I ordered my makita plunge saw with all the trimmings at 9pm Saturday night. I was kept well informed of my delivery and arrived Tuesday. All packaged well and the tool Ian perfect. 5 star, wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again”

“There was a discrepancy regarding delivery cost to which I sent an email. It was dealt with almost immediately and a refund was completed straight away. My mitre saw arrived within a few days of placing the order. It's exactly what I wanted and more and I did a lot of research to find the best deal and this most certainly hit the nail on the head. I will be sure to recommend ToolStore to friends and colleagues. Thanks for such good service. It has been duly noted!!”

“Very good product and price and swiftly dispatched and delivered BUT I seemed to have missed any notification of the delivery day and time and I found it left on the drive by the side of my car and pretty visible to passers by. £300 at risk of theft .No card was put through my letter box- I just saw it when I opened my front door . Don't think it had been there long since my last opening of the door. So all's well that ends well, but could really improve by texting delivery dates and time.”
