“Buying for a business we are of course conscious about prices and durability of the tools, however I was very happy to not only buy good brand tools but at great prices. I bought two items with two different voltages.. Which was intended. The team at Alan Wadkins called me to check this was intended ( grateful for this and good customer services!!) and kept me informed all the way about my tools delivery date etc . Very impressed thank you again!”

“Having decided to purchase a Makita power washer, I ordered the item, and I received a phone call advising me the day of delivery which was only a matter of days, the power washer when first used had a fault and it did not work, this being reported to customer services they arranged for a courier to collect it the following day so far so good. This is when things went downhill, after one week of it being returned having not heard from them i rang enquiring whether the power washer were to be replaced or repaired, and was told it had been sent off to Makita to be looked at and customer services would ring them to determine the position of the repair (very odd and confusing seeing that Alan Wadkins returns policy states that Makita products are repaired on site) and I was told it was in the process of repair and i would be contacted when complete, not so, I had to ring again, this time I was told it had been repaired and would be despatched, I asked for report on the nature of the fault and was told the printer was out of action so the details of the fault was not available, I also asked for a delivery date, this time I'm told it would be noted down to call me advising of the day, a day or so later I went out for the day, when I arrived back home the repaired power washer had been delivered without prior notification. The service at the begining was excellent, thereafter communication was abyssmal and now after a couple of months I'm still waiting for the report ?”
