“The service was exactly as promised. Shame they charged me £14 delivery for a Saturday delivery. Seemed a bit expensive. But product was great, heavier than my stihl petrol blower but just as good. Much quieter and better throttle.”

“First time purchase from Alan Wadkins and I'm really pleased with how it was all dealt with. Very competitive pricing and delivery the very next day. My VAT invoice was included with the delivery which is great for me. I find that more and more retailers don't even email the invoice to you. You have to log back in to their site to retrieve the invoice and this really hacks me off - a cynical way of generating more traffic to their site?. I'll definitely be looking to order more stuff from here after this experience.”

“Excellent 'old style' service like we all used to get! I ordered a Makita cordless drill and drive with 2 batteries. Unfortunately, one of the batteries did not work but a quick call was made and it was collected same day! The replacement battery arrived the day after. Superb service.”
