“Pretty poor service used twice this week and failed to deliver on time both times. Clearly don’t have items they sell. Would recommend Cromwell tools or mag drill used both this week and item arrived on time”

HI Philip Both the orders you have placed with us were in stock and left us on time as scheduled and advertised. Unfortunately due to the adverse weather in parts of the country which i`m afraid we can`t control these items were delayed by 24 hours through the courier network. Which i can see from the tracking details were advised to you by DPD. These things can happen im afraid and is out of our control.

“Hi, I am generally impressed with Alan Wadkins, prices for Festool were good and delivery would probably have been very swift if it had not been over the Holiday season. I purchased a Domino Joiner, my disappointment and the reason for not giving five stars, is that it is an expensive, to me, tool and it arrived with the interior packaging damaged and as if the tool had fouled on it and moved around somehow but I am not sure how that could have happened. Other than that I can recommend Alan Wadkins.”

“Great value and service . However major negative on two recent orders for festool both orders £ 500 or more both items delivered the systainers were she's due to very poor packaging. With tools in such an expensive price range the packing of the tools needs to be of a much higher standard and sustained need to be bubble wrapped before being boxed up for transit. Have reporters both issues however not received replacement sustained. Happy with their pricing however will look elsewhere for further details where they are better packed”
