“Had an issue with one of the jets /nozzles or lance on my Bosch Aquotak 120 pressure washer, contacted Alan Wadkins for assistance, not very helpful, not what I expected. I eventually contacted Bosch who have kindly resolved the problem and are sending me a replacement jet/nozzle and lance, this is what I expected Alan Wadkins to have done, clearly only interested in selling items not customer care.”
