“Competitive pricing with speedy delivery. Let down by delivery company dumping the parcel over the gate where my dogs wee. Then Tool Stores inability to respond to a returns request email also referencing complaint about delivery driver, nearly week as passed without the email being acknowledged. But got to stress the goods were packed well and delivered quickly.”

“Brilliant place to buy tools. I’d never heard of them until the other day. I found the prices are pretty good and the delivery was pretty swift. They even called me and refunded a delivery charge which I mistakenly paid for which has made me feel confident to buy more from them. Great place.”
