“I ordered makita crosscut saw plus stand from alan Watkins ltd. I did this online and the goods arrived within 24hours which is superb service. However, when I unpacked the stand it was damaged from being dropped in its unopened box, likely as not by the courier, in this case, FedEx, so I am now trying to get this vital item replaced as it is not usable at all and I have a deadline to hit!! I would say the supplier have been very quick to despatch but the couriers as so often are, have been ham fisted in the handling and care of people's packages. I should have known when the delivered box was ripped and bashed in the corners!!! I now trust that alan Watkins will get this prob sorted without any fuss or delay. Paul Burgess.”

“Although I sadly had to return the tool I ordered from the tool store due to my own mistake, the service from order, delivery to return and refund was superb.
