“My item took nearly a week to arrive when they clearly state on their website that the item was on next day delivery. They then blame the delivery company..... And they're right. But if they know that it won't come next day don't offer it! Probably buy it from my local builders merchant next time. I'll pay more but at least I'll have it when I want.”

Hi Paul Sorry to hear this was delayed in getting to you. But if a parcel gets delayed leaving us in the courier hub system I'm afraid this is out of our hands. The majority of the parcels we send out do get there as advised, but sometimes as we every courier service these incidents do occur do which we can only apologise for. Regards Martin
