“The 2 batteries i bought were described as dewalt,so when i recieved them and they was,nt i was bitterly disappointed, i,ve not tried them yet so cant comment as to how good or not they are,but am annoyed that the advertising of dewalt was very misleading...”

Hi William Many thanks for leaving a review with us. Having checked your order number you haven`t actually purchased any Dewalt batteries from us I'm afraid think you may have the wrong company? This particular order is for a Milwaukee 12v Cut Off Tool to yourself. If you would be kind enough to remove this review or maybe redo the review for the product purchased from us that would be great. Many thanks Martin

“I had difficulty finding a Bosch Garden Grinder to be delivered in a timely manner and whilst checking suppliers found Alan Wadkins Tool Store. It was in stock - it was ordered - it was delivered the next morning - I was using it that day and all was well. They will get my custom again.”

“After many months of research I had made a decision as to what tool I wanted. Having chosen the Milwaukee Mid Torque 1/2 impact wrench I found Alan Wadkins to be the cheapest by far. Ordered on the Friday and tool was delivered on the Tuesday. All correspondence was dealt with in a helpful and friendly manner. Will definitely be using Alan Wadkins for all future purchases and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“Was I pleased that I placed my order with this most excellent company when the site for registering this item falsely identified my application to register was falsely identifiedas SPAM and then cut me out completely, despite me trying to get through all afternmoon. The product was Milwaukee K540S heavy duty SDS Hammer Drill, a superb & formibable piece of kitm ade to the highest spec. It is sold with a standard 12 month warranty, but with it came the opportunity to extend this warranty to 3 years by simply emailing Milwaukee and reistering the purchase and tool number with them. But I couldn't do this despite trying everything I could to get through.My item was stuck with 1 years warranty only. I desperationion I emailed the supplier Alan Wadkins Tool store, explained the situation and asked for their help but doubtful about their possible response. I need not have worried because they immediately used their customer service team to look into it. Within 24 hours a computer expert on their team had identified the SPAM problem and reorted the problem to his line manager, a lovely lady called Nikki who emailed me to explain that the false 'SPAM' idenitity for my request was a freak one-off I.D. fault on that particular Milwaukee registration site and she apologised & supplied me with a special number for the UK Milwaukee H.Q. to register it on. In the meantime I had approached a friend (who is far better than me with computers ), for help and managed,eventually to register the item for the full 3 yr warranty. But Tool Store (Alan Wadkins) still kept in touch throughout. What a firm ! I cannot praise them enough. Thery had made the sale and the problem was not their fault but their 'after-sales service' was outstanding. Apart from that, their price for the item was the lowest I found, it was delivered free of charge within 2 days, their service and communication were excellent and MY GOD am I glad I bought from them as things turned out. The product is excellent, made to a very high standard by an excellent manufacturer and topping all this was the part played by the supplier on Price, Free delivery, communication and after sales service. For anyone considering the purchase of high quality tools I would not hesitate to commend Alan Wadkins Tool Store. Make sure you check their site first and remeber that they WILL be there for you if anything goes wrong, if my experience of them is anything to go from. - Mike Watson n Lancashire. UK.”
