“Without a doubt, Alan Wadkins tool store is the best company that I've ever dealt with. Great prices and super fast delivery. There is no messing about with them. I ordered a bosch cordless grass strimmer from them at 10.37on the Tuesday and it arrived at 11.15 am, on Wednesday! Beat that, if you can! Always a worry, when ordering from an Internet site, but no worries here. They are terrific and I shall always use them for my tool requirements. Thank you Alan Wadkins. You are worth more than five stars, but there you go.”

“Contacted the company by phone to complain parts were missing from my order after the package was damaged during transit . The query was dealt with professionally and promptly. Furthermore the missing parts were immediately posted out and arrived within 2 days. Great to have spoken directly to someone who put it right without fuss.”

“I would give 0 stars if I could. Very poor service, I received my order with the manufacturer build fault about a month ago and is still not sorted. Spent over £1000 and was left with this issue without any help! Customer service doesn’t exist at this store. Don’t waste your time and money!”
