“I ordered a DA sanding machine from Alan Wadkins late Thursday afternoon it arrived early Friday morning in time for me to take to the urgent job I had on, excellent service! Plus the Sander was by far the best price in the UK. Very friendly staff on the telephone and great Website. I will definitely use Alan Wadkins Tool Store again. Cheers Frank”

“I use Alan Wadkins when they're competitive enough to within a few quid, my contribution to supporting local business. As for customer support, they are ready to advise on their products if required. Not had to use post purchase support since I am a Makita fan and never had any issues. Latest purchase was a 18v SDS drill to break up some concrete fence footings, Makita lived up to the job.”

“Good quick service, good communication Got my power tool the next day. My first order got cancelled but due to my own mistake, was emailed that I was refunded, quite quickly and was able to re-order within the same day, luckily before 3pm for same day dispatch and still got my tool the next day.”
