“First time using their website very easy to navigate and order. I message them to ask questions before ordering they replied very quickly easy pleasant service thanks will definitely buy from again and yes i would recommend. They shipped the same day for next day delivery but fedex made me wait till after the weekend but that was fedex not AWTS.”

Hi Roger The only email we can see from yourself to us was on the 4th July prior to you ordering the item. Asking if your 6.0ah batteries would work on this item, to which we replied straight back to you advising they would hence you ordered the item from us. We have no other other email in relation to a damaged box delivery or branch cutting thickness. For you information the machine will cut up 23.5mm branch diameter.
