Hi Mark Sorry to hear 1 of the frames had marks on it. As this is the first we have heard of this issue. If you can send an image of this to us we can speak with Sealey and get the part or unit replaced for you. With regards to the delivery i can only apologise for the delay but the day after bank holiday all the couriers we used had a backlog with deliveries so there was a delay which they didn`t forsee.
