“Excellent service from Alan Wadkins Tool Store! I found the Bosch hedge trimmer at a very reasonable price, and ordering was quick and straightforward. “Makita DHR183 arrived in good time but I was very surprised it didn’t come in a Makita box. It was just wrapped in an old bit of folder cardboard with no protection, not even a decent cardboard box and was so badly taped the depth marker stick fell out as the postman handed it to me. It would have been returned if it was being given as a gift. Not sure I would by from Alan Wadkins again. (3 stars is probably generous).”

“Purchased a Makita XGT grinder. Living offshore delivery costs can be a lottery. Very happy with the service overall. Happily would use again.”
