“The service was excellent with package arriving within 24 hours of ordering. There was however a small problem in that one item received was not what was ordered. I reported this and the correct item arrived in under 24 hours. The customer service was superb and absolutely no hassle.”

“I was looking for a space heater for my Garage, AW Tool Store was the best price. Also what was great to see was their very reasonable delivery charges, as living in the Highlands delivery is usually extortionate! Great communication form the team throughout as well. Hi Gordon That would right as your parcel was returned to us by dpd later yesterday evening as they had tried to deliver the goods but nobody was home to receive the item. “I ordered a Bosch advancedhedgecut 70 at a good price. There was a cheaper price inline, but the reviews were concerning. The item came by next day delivery by FedEx, a reliable courier. It was left behind the garage, out of sight of the road, without my asking. The item was fine. Everall I'm pleased.”

“Very reasonably priced and delivered on time and with care. I like the use of the pass code to give to the delivery company. It should prevent items being delivered to the wrong address and the wrong person claiming to be the person who bought it.”
