Dear Joanne, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. We were in constant communication regarding your missed delivery and did our best to assist. Regarding returns, we regret that we cannot accept part orders. Like many retailers, we don't stock designer wallpapers due to their cost and variety, making it impractical to resell single rolls. Our suppliers also do not accept returns of fewer than five rolls. We strive to make our returns policy clear on our website, and we're sorry if this wasn't effectively communicated. “I was so impressed with the service delivered by the staff at TM Interiors. I was in a hurry for some wallpaper and after initially receiving the incorrect colourway I received the correct colourway within two days and the wrong order collected within hours. All so well handled and it all arrived in time. Many thanks”
