“I was looking for a specific fabric to reupholster some sofas. I had done my reasearch and new what I needed. I enquired of the TMInteriors team whether they could help as this was quite an investment. So brilliantly responsive, helpful and providing information to help me choose where I would buy from. I will share pictures of the finished sofas when they are done but in the meantime my Linwood Songbird fabric is ready and waiting. Thank you.”

“Wonderful service! I went to TM Interiors after a terrible experience with another company. I spoke to Helen on the phone who reassured me that the curtains would be handmade. The curtains arrived carefully packaged to minimise creasing and I had them hanging within the hour. They are beautifully made: millimetre perfect in length, linings are interlocked and they hang to perfection. I signed up to the newsletter and received 10% discount too. Thank you!”

“Didn't have the best experience to be honest, ordered three wallpaper samples at £1 each. Was charged postage, over the weighted rate to send. Then two samples arrived. No communication to tell me third sample out of stock. Probably wouldn't have ordered had I known. Then I had to chase the refund for the third sample.”

“Der gelieferte Stoff hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Die Bestellung war unkompliziert. Es dauerte ca. 2 Wochen bis der Auftrag abgesendet wurde. Leider waren die Nebenkosten für den Versand nach Deutschland sehr hoch. Ich habe letzten Endes durch Versandkosten (20 €), Zollgebühren (6 €)beim Zoll und der Versandfirma Hermes (18 €) und EU-Mehrwertsteuer (17 €) fast den doppelten Preis des Stoffes gezahlt. Die Papprolle war in der Mitte gebrochen, die Verpackung und der Stoff aber glücklicherweise nicht verletzt. Kleine Mengen lohnen sich leider dadurch nicht.”

“The rug came quickly. This shows they advertise available stock and are not going to keep the customer waiting while they order your order, so to speak, which is what happens with some companies. My large wool Living Treasures Rust rug is lovely, as I knew it would be. It had got rather pointed in the roll, either in storage or transit, which means the hollow end of the roll had got wavy. But I am flattening this part out by weighing it down, and the waviness will soon flatten out, because wool carpets are very forgiving. You can get this rug from various sellers; but I chose this company because they offered it at a little bit better price. They'll be my first stop next time I need a rug.”
