“Terrible. Charged 20 quid for shipping, chose a carrier that wanted an additional customs/handling fee on top of that, and were entirely unresponsive to e-mails. I will not attempt to purchase anything here again, under any circumstances.”

Dear Gabe, we are sorry you feel this way you used our online checkout to order some curtain tape and selected UPS for delivery to the Repbulic of Ireland and we do state no GST/TAX included on checkout. Dear Sabrina, apologies your sample order has not arrived yet it was posted on the 16th to Italy if it does not arrive next week please contact our customer services and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Regards TMI

“Very prompt and helpful. I phoned to enquire about an offer and stock levels. When I went to order at the start of the following week, the offer was not as generous but they kindly honoured the offer on the material. My order arrived in 2 days.”
