“WE had 2 sets of curtains with triple pleat headings made to order. The material cost was very competive and the making cost was excellent. My wife was a little concered as the overall proce was significantly less than JL. We have now put the first set up, and they are excellent. We are very pleased and would hifghly recommend”

Hi Ehab, Thanks for your feedback. According to our records, your samples were dispatched on 12 March. As noted on our website, we send these via standard international mail without tracking, which normally arrives without issue. “I'm afraid the fabric sample arrived rather crumpled, so it didn't look it's best. That didn't inspire me to order curtains made from it.”

Unfortunately, the original color you requested is being discontinued by the supplier, so they provided an alternative, which led to the mix-up. To ensure you can still consider the remaining stock for this fabric, we have requested a Cutting for Approval (CFA) and will send it to you as soon as it arrives, so you can make your final decision.
