“Absolutely excellent customer service. All my questions were answered in a very short time. I have been searching for various fabric/trimming brands (O&L, Lelievre, etc.) and found TM to offer comparatively attractive prices (compared to other UK online offers) and their pricing is also very competitive, especially compared to continental Europe (where I am ordering from). Definitly a recommendation!”

“Poor communication , no agreed return call to update as promised following a delayed dispatch from suppliers overseas . Need to be more pro-active , than reactive, when I called they were aware of the delay but made no effort to contact me. Price however was very good and the staff courteous .”
