“Very helpful, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. Curtains very competitively priced, made up more quickly than expected and beautifuly finished. Also extremely well packed. As a completely separate point - and just for information to tm-interiors - I wasn't at all impressed with the couriers - UPS. Their tracking system was very complicated and of no use whatsoever, and the best notification they could give re a delivery time slot was "by end of day". Rather pointlessly, they did email me hours after delivering the parcel into my hands to advise me that it had now been delivered. But this is nothing to do with tm-interiors, who were brilliant. Would strongly recommend them.”

“Yes your service was excellent but you were let down by the delivery company who delivered the consignment to the wrong address. I phoned them and they said that they would collect on Monday and redeliver to me. I hope that this will go according to plan”

“The website was good but maybe make it clearer that you can buy parts of a meter. Competitive pricing and wide stock choice. “Very helpful and highly professional staff: from selecting and buying samples to suggestions and even getting price discounts, I always got help when I needed. Delivery was quick and the items were very well packaged. And, most importantly, there is a huge selection of fabrics to choose from for any project.”
