“I am Tlc customer for last 4 years and this is first time I order my usual leggings and some sort of primark quality arrived. Stretch is different material is different low waist instead of tummy control.”

“These leggings are not at all like the last pair I bought from TLC. I ordered the normal waist as the high waist ones are a bit too high but these are too low and keep rolling down. There is a shine to these leggings which I did not expect. I really don't feel I will order anymore as they are very expensive for leggings.”

“Really disappointed thin and bobbling. My first pair 2 years ago were amazing ordered again a few weeks ago material is much thinner and bobbling between the legs. I'm so disappointed the material has changed”

“Unfortunately they were not what I was expecting, bought high wasted and they kept rolling down so made them very uncomfortable, also was expecting compression in the legs which there were none , had bought these mainly for leg compression due to having vein surgery but they were like normal leggings on the leg part .”

“Just about to return my extra strong compression leggings. I had a pair for about 5 years but the new ones don’t compare. Can’t feel any compression anywhere but the waistline & I have fairly chunky legs for a size 10. Material isn’t so nice either. So disappointed ☹️”

“Well the clothing is great quality. HOWEVER when you receive the wrong item no one gets back to you. They just send you emails saying they hope you enjoyed your purchase. I will not be ordering from this site again.”

We're surprised to hear you felt the leggings were paper-thin, given that they weigh more than three times the gram weight of the average high street leggings. “Unfortunately, after waiting over 6 weeks for my order to arrive, I was then told it would be another 3 weeks before despatch! I can’t comment on the item as I then cancelled it. I did get my refund very quickly, though!”

“Purchased a pair of the high waisted leggings after being Reccomeneed by a staff member on the chat of TLC. I wore the leggings and they rolled down did not hold me in or lift my bum and they were the extra heavy leggings I purchased an XL which I was told to order only thing that suited was the length as I have wore them I cannot return I wouldn’t recommend”

Although we tried to do our best for you in this instance, when items are worn in the gym we unfortunately cannot accept them back as a re-saleable product. “I think I've been ripped off. You seem to be a fraudulent company. You charged me for product I never received and there's no way to get in touch with you except an automated response chat. I DON'T LIKE TO BE CHEATED”

We are very sorry you've not yet received your order Dorothe. We have since contacted you to explain that international can take a little longer to arrive, along with your tracking information. Give you placed your order ten days before leaving this review, it's most likely that your parcel is about to turn up. We do not run an automated response chat however our telephone number, e-mail address and social media pages are all very clearly advertised for customers to get in touch, unfortunately we didn't receive any communication from you before you left your review. We can assure you, you have in no way been cheated and we hope you love your products when you receive your order.
