“Purchased a pair of the high waisted leggings after being Reccomeneed by a staff member on the chat of TLC. I wore the leggings and they rolled down did not hold me in or lift my bum and they were the extra heavy leggings I purchased an XL which I was told to order only thing that suited was the length as I have wore them I cannot return I wouldn’t recommend”

We're so sorry that the leggings kept rolling down on you, Louise. This is very disappointing to hear and your feedback has been passed on to the relevant team. Although we tried to do our best for you in this instance, when items are worn in the gym we unfortunately cannot accept them back as a re-saleable product. We apologise for any disappointment and we hope you give us another chance in the future.

“I think I've been ripped off. You seem to be a fraudulent company. You charged me for product I never received and there's no way to get in touch with you except an automated response chat. I DON'T LIKE TO BE CHEATED”

We are very sorry you've not yet received your order Dorothe. We have since contacted you to explain that international can take a little longer to arrive, along with your tracking information. Give you placed your order ten days before leaving this review, it's most likely that your parcel is about to turn up. We do not run an automated response chat however our telephone number, e-mail address and social media pages are all very clearly advertised for customers to get in touch, unfortunately we didn't receive any communication from you before you left your review. We can assure you, you have in no way been cheated and we hope you love your products when you receive your order.

Thank you for your review, we are so sorry you've had trouble, we had no idea you haven't received your order. We have looked into this for you and your order was shipped on a Next Day service on the 6th July via Royal Mail. Upon looking into this for you, we can see that they failed to deliver as nobody was in to sign for the parcel. We have e-mailed you privately about this to get it all sorted for you.
