“Very helpful to be able to check availability for time off on the go. I, unfortunately, recently needed to request a day off for compassionate leave, knowing that my manager wouldn't be in the office when I was next due to be in (I work two days per week), and so requesting it through my phone app was instant. Thanks.”

“I would appreciate an option to edit my vacation and send an edit suggestion to my supervisor to accept/decline it. For example, when I want to cut my vacation from 5 day long one to 4 days, I have to cancel the previous one and create a new one which is a bit annoying.”
