“Makes managing staff leave and meetings so much easier, Lets staff know how much holiday they have left available, Couldnt be without now”

“Its great. Though I would like there to be a feature wherein filter and then sort is allowed. For example, in my case, I do want to see all members of my department, but all members I declared as faviourite should come at the top and then remaining members. It would be good if this feature can be provided.”

“i have found Timetastic really easy to use, having the mobile app is a geat feature, I can request holiday at any time of day & see when my other colleagues are off too. I can also see how much holiday I have left to use so I can plan my year :). It is great that you recieve a notification when your holiday has been approved. Claire”

“This is sooo much better than our previous paperbased system, we know know who is in thanks to the wallchart and emails and it is really easy for staff to book leave and for managers to approve it. It has saved a lot of time and improved our planning of rotas. Would recommend.”

“I like that we all have our own log in, and its quite easy to navigate. It allows me (admin) to do holiday requests for those who don't use their phones too much (not so tech savy). Overall its exactly what we needed at Swift Motors and for 2025 our holidays will be much more organised than this year.”

“I find the T imetastic methods to book time off are too limited. When a 2 hour time off automatically goes to half day, you're losing 2 hours of pay. When only half days are able to be booked off it's not really that great a benefit in bookings. My thoughts.”
