We used to use an Excel spreadsheet for holidays which was very antiquated and fallable. Timetastic is in contrast an efficient tool for both Managers and Employees to instantly access holidays. In truth I do not know how we functioned without it before, give it a try and free up admin time for more essential work *****

Overall, I find the app very easy to use it is well laid out and provides all the information you need at a glance. It is also useful to see when other colleagues are on leave, there is only one flaw or issue that I came across. When you request leave and it is approved, if for some reason your dates change the only option is to cancel the request and put in a new request. It would be more convenient if this could just be amended on the original request.

So much easy to use than Bamboo HR, at least for a small company of 17 or so. We all appreciate the daily update to our Slack channel telling us who’s on leave for the day, particularly as we work remotely so wouldn’t otherwise know. And managing more complex situations like days in lieu or part time work/holiday allocations is a breeze. Whole firm love it.

Very glad I discovered Timetastic. As a small SME, it is easy to be overwhelmed by admin tasks and record keeping. This is a very cost-effective way of controlling holidays and keeping absence records. It is also reassuring for staff members to be able to view their holiday entitlement at a glance, and know that their leave requests will be dealt with promptly.

Recently switched from using Excel and holiday forms to manage annual leave and I wish I'd done it years ago! So quick and easy to use, saves time messing around manually, checking schedules etc and really does do exactly what it is intended for, very simply! If you haven't tried it, you must and it will genuinely make your working life much better!!

Currently I am limited user as just joined my current company in August this year. Points that I like show holiday allowance outstanding as you book holidays. You can also book holidays to avoid conflict with team members. In addition, it sends an email to team members when reminding them when one is on holiday. There are obviously other positive elements of the system functionality that I have not experienced. Steve
