“An excellent tool for tracking holidays and other reasons for not being at work. The daily update of who is in or out is very helpful and the "request holiday" feature are both extremely helpful.”

“I really like the fact that I can find out when my colleagues are on holiday. Before using Timetastic I had to rely on asking other colleagues "is such and such in today, they have a phone call etc". Another thing I like is being able to make favorites.”

“The overview when one is a bigger teams, is great. It would be nice to have the option to amend between the schedule one see now, and a different view month by month, vertically. Option to have a roster for the team, with a more detailed view, such as work hours, type of shifts ect.”

“Great being able to see an overview of my teams holiday in Timetastic. The helpful emails at the start of the week inform me of the team's up coming holiday that same week. Confirmation that my holidays have been approved via email is helpful too - all automated without having to check back for confirmation or not. Super simple and so easy to use, a pleausre using Timetastic for the first time!”

“We have been using Timetastic for a couple of months now and honestly, it's been one of the best decisions our team has ever made! Organizing and approving staff holidays, sickness leave and getting reports has never been easier and it has saved us lots of time filing paperwork and checking schedules - it keeps our team on the same page and prevents colleagues from accidentally double-booking time off. “I love Timetastic - It is visually pleasing, straightforward and user friendly! I also love that I don't have to keep doing the maths and keeping track of employee hols / time off etc. Love it! 10/10. I always recommend it to other business owners! My favourite part is the Leave Types I can customise to fit my business. Also really easy to send over to my Accountants for payslip generation!!!!!”

“Timetastic is very convenient, quick and easy to use for booking holidays, absences, birthdays, training, etc. Emails are sent daily and weekly providing absence summaries. At a glance, you can easily view various departments/colleagues within the company which is so useful. Excellent tool, I would highly recommend to all.”

“We are a really small team but, even so, we struggle to keep each other up to speed with whose leave is coming up, ensuring we're covered, etc. Timetastic has made a fundamental difference to us! we can all see at a glance who's in or out - the fact that we can also keep TOIL data in the same system is a game changer! Brilliant system! :)”
