I like it because it is easy to use.

Simple to use. The only drawback so far is not being able to easily group people from different departments together in a custom wallchart view. I cut and paste into an excel spreadsheet to get round it which is the kind of effort I'm trying to get away from. Often absences form other departments have a direct affect on my department.

Good but still looking for ways to revise application if at all you have book and submit your leave to the mgt. Otherwise, very confidential and less paper work.

I absolutely love Timetastic - it beat all of the other staff absence planners for us, because it had such a clear and simple layout - but still did everything that all the other extortionately expensive online planners do. The mobile app is so ideal, the privacy features are imperative and I really like the fact you can edit everyone's "approver". The only thing I suggest might be a good idea, is the option of adding more details and information about employees and the company? Maybe give the app more functions - that would be pretty cool!

Hi guys, Really enjoying Timetastic, as are the team, the only thing I would like is to be able to view the 12 month calendar but inclusive of everyones holidays other than just my own. This birds eye view would not only help with planning leave but also our projects based on available resource in the room. Cheers, keep up the good work :) Lee @ Pocketworks

Very easy to do things, great platform. Does things a traditional 'HR' dept takes a day and a age to do. Any plans to build this idea into traditional accounting/payroll systems, that in process will automate working out holiday pay using data from timetastic?

The massive UI may become a problem when managing more than a few people. It would be useful to generate a report of the past holidays of someone or to have a way to review it online.

Absolutely love using timetastic as it is so much easier than having a spreadsheet for every staff member, especially since we have hired 40 new staff. I understand timetastic is relatively new and Gary is always very responsive in taking on new ideas to further improve the website. Some suggestions are... Be able to record holidays in days but Toil in hours OR days - Currently if my staff earn Toil it is only ever in hours. Be able to set up staff without an email address - Some staff members do not wish to book leave through timetastic but it still helps me to have them on there Sometimes when you click on the date you want to book off on the wall chart it doesn't actually say that date and I end up booking the current day off instead of in the future - This is rather annoying as then I get frantic phone calls from staff asking why they are supposed to be off today! Other than a few things I absolutely love Timetastic!

So far so good. Nice and simple software to use, every one in my company loving it. Could do with a summary page stating individual employees absence i.e. How many days Holidays & How many days sick etc
