“All very good save for one thing. Because the system is wen-based, it is not possible to print out the calendar with the recorded absences. A hard copy is most useful when you have a dispute about absences.”

“HI Gary, glad to see that you have SA holidays now. Just 2 things for now 1) Just a suggestion, is there anyway that once you have added a leave type for instance sick because you have not heard from staff but later they arrive hours into work so now need to amend the sick to late, is there anyway to change that without deleting it first and then redoing the leave type. 2) Is there anyway when you have the months as well as days of the week and want to scroll down can those heading not remain at the top as it will make it easier and at least you know that you are in the correct month as you always have to scroll up to make sure then scroll down to the relevant place you wan to be Hope you understand what a i am actually saying thanks”

Hi Michelle, 1. Yes you do have to cancel and re-book - sorry if that's not ideal. 2. Yes, your suggestion makes sense when scrolling. I'll raise it with the team at the next product meeting. Thanks Gary

“great functionality, easy for the staff to get to grips with, clear and simple and now something we wouldn't be without - but would like to see it developed further to accommodate non mon-fri office working hours, and work better for other trades such as retail and liesure where we work on a 7 day week. yes we have managed to find work arounds, but would be great to be more intuitive to 7 day week working”

“My boss doesn't like the staff to have holiday at the same time as each other but the app only shows your own holiday calendar. You can't see other people's holiday. It would be helpful if you could see everyone's booked holiday so you don't clash.”
