“As an administrator it would be great to be able to put members of staff work schedule on their profile, at the moment we can only do it of they have a weekly pattern, most of our staff have a 2-4 week rota pattern.”

“First time using the system - seems good. As I have a flexible working arrangement I have my holidays set up in hours, and having just joined the company with some holidays pre-booked for later in the year I've found that I don't have enough hours in the current holiday year to cover my pre-booked holidays so have to carry forward a negative balance into next year. Not sure how we can administer this on the system?”

“It's far quicker than the old way and having a wall chart on my phone helps to find out when other workers are off. Telling us how many shifts we have left is helpful it saves all the confusion with the 1.25 days palaver.”
