“This was our second order from Tiles 360. We did have 5 broken tiles in this second batch. But the customer service team were excellent and arranged a prompt delivery of replacement tiles. Couldn't be happier with the service we received.”

“Received tiles ordered but not used as yet. Noticed a slight chip that was loose but as I got a sample for free hoping it won’t matter when it comes to the actual tiling. Love the colour.”

“We ordered some of the small brick sized green tiles. we were very happy with the appearance of them, looked just like the pictures. only issue was 2 of the cases had most of the tiles either shattered or broken beyond use, i know some damage can be expected with stoneware in transit but this was a lot. however a quick email and a swift response from their customer service team and sent us a new set to replace the ones that were unusable. very happy overall with the service, only a minor delay to our work.”

“I cant recommend Tiles360 more, the tiles they supplied were lovely , and the cheapest price for that tile that i could find, but they also went above and beyond to get the Tiles to me at short notice which helped me immensely . The customer services team were lovely! They will be my first port of call going forward”
