“So unfortunately Tiles360 sent me the wrong order (I ordered 10 boxes of one colour and 14 boxes of another and they got it round the wrong way). I realised the mistake after their returns window - but all I wanted was them to swap the 4 boxes over for the right colour. But they refused point blank even though I stated several times I didn't want a refund just an exchange. Even after sending photographic evidence of the mistake they said their warehouse sent the right order and pretty much accused me of lying. They offered to come pick up the extra boxes as a peace offering but refused to combine that with an exchange. The only solution was to shell out nearly £100 to order more and pay for full delivery. Its such a shame as they are lovely tiles. If you do order from them check every box because they are not sending out orders correctly and if you don't tell them immediately they will blame the customer.”

“Beautiful depth of colour. Robust and stylish porcelain tile which the tilers liked working with. Cut to shape excellently. We used grouting by Mapei no 12 medium grey…. a perfect choice for this dark green, rectangular bathroom wall shower tile.”

“Lovely tiles ,ordered creek sea green wall tiles for a second small shower room,good price and arrived quickly,pre-ordered a tile sample this also arrived very quickly.Now need tiles for our main bathroom so will be looking at Tiles 360 again as they also have a very good selection and easy to manoeuvre. A big thank you.”
