“Excellent service in sending samples even though Royal Mail returned them to Tiles 360 as "address not recognised". Tiles 360 contacted me to advise me of this odd circumstance and immediately sent samples to me again. Fortunately this time they were delivered, so top marks for service and communication. Job pending at the moment but will be contacting them again. Thank you Tiles360 team.”

“The tiles arrive on a panel on the requested day as promised. Because they looked so nice, we decided to cover more of the bathroom so I needed another 4 boxes no problem they arrive next day. Excelent service.”

“Unfortunately the tiles in one of my boxes were broken but, becasue I didn't open every single box to check, it was only realised when the tiler arrived a few days later. He could not proceed and I had to order another box and pay the transport again (which cost more than the tiles). It might be easier and cheaper to go to a tile shop in future. Nice tiles.”

“Easy on line ordering. Requested sample tile which promptly was dispatched/received. Pleased with sample tile and purchased 6 boxes for my project however tiles purchased are thinner and less weighty than the sample tile! ( see attached photos of sample and purchased tile )Otherwise would have given a 5 star.”

“1st time I’ve used Tiles360 found the web site easy to navigate & found exactly what I needed at a competitive price the payment & checkout system was fine, but then after I had paid found a monumental problem they are going to dump my order on the pavement outside my property with a 10 hour time slot for delivery.. 30 years ago no problem BUT nowadays I’m nearly 70 years old suffering from advanced mestastic melanoma to my brain & lung & if I had known that the delivery was a kerbside drop I would of definitely gone elsewhere to a different supplier.. I have had to arrange for a family member to come in the evening & transport the tiles inside my property.. just hope they do not get stolen while I’m waiting for my family member to be available !”
