“Here’s my honest opinion…. Tiles are great and and at a great price, packed well for transport ( on their side edge) on a pallet. No broken or damaged tiles! The tiles were great to work with a cut nicely and give us the WOW factor and Mediterranean feel we wanted.. My only gripe to not give 100% positive review was the courier ( palletways) not much communication they wrong communication they said the tiles might come up to 11-15 pm at night( just ridiculous) I’d have paid for a difference courier if I’d known. But recommend Tiles 360 ..”

Your tiles look amazing. just to address the courier issue, we are unsure why you were advised that your delivery could be a very late delivery, Delivery with Palletways is an all day delivery and can be anything from 8am until 6 latest 6.30pm in the evening. Please feel free to call our customer services department if you do order from us again as they can help with any delivery updates for you, and also keep a close eye on any issues. Kind Regards

“I only purchased a sample tile. Being told by an online chat person that the colour elementary orange is very bright orange. How funny have they ever seen the colour of the orange skin? That's the colour I needed”

“Fantastic selection of tiles, they were ordered and delivered as agreed. Delivery was easy and everything went smoothly, no broken tiles at all! All checked and they are now on show in my lovely new fitted kitchen - the colour and quality is exactly what I had hoped for - highly recommend.”

“Tiles360's delivery charges are on the high side so perhaps the cost of this could be looked at. I ended up having to get more than I originally had measured for and which I collected myself. The staff were incredibly helpful and on collection did a thorough check to make sure that what I was collecting was correct. 90% recommendation. The loss of the 10% is due to the high delivery charges....”

Hi Emma, Thank you for your feedback. We do ask that all damages are reported to us within 48hours of delivery. This way we can arrange for any damages to be replaced. If the report is out of the 48hour period we are unable to prove that the damages were caused in transit for the insurance company. If you feel you are within the above period please contact our customer service so that they can look into this for you. Kind Regards

“Hi Tiles360 I was really disappointed when I opened my sample tile, it was broken into about six pieces, This was due to the poor way it was packaged, I didn’t even show it to my customer, I’ve since purchased another tile from a local supplier for the job .”
