“Easy on line ordering. Requested sample tile which promptly was dispatched/received. Pleased with sample tile and purchased 6 boxes for my project however tiles purchased are thinner and less weighty than the sample tile! ( see attached photos of sample and purchased tile )Otherwise would have given a 5 star.”

“1st time I’ve used Tiles360 found the web site easy to navigate & found exactly what I needed at a competitive price the payment & checkout system was fine, but then after I had paid found a monumental problem they are going to dump my order on the pavement outside my property with a 10 hour time slot for delivery.. 30 years ago no problem BUT nowadays I’m nearly 70 years old suffering from advanced mestastic melanoma to my brain & lung & if I had known that the delivery was a kerbside drop I would of definitely gone elsewhere to a different supplier.. I have had to arrange for a family member to come in the evening & transport the tiles inside my property.. just hope they do not get stolen while I’m waiting for my family member to be available !”

“As previously reported, although the tile was found a little too fussy for our needs, this was OUR fault entirely. The tile was of excellent quality as was the response to our request for an initial sample. Well done all! Can highly recommend.”

“Tiles arrived in a broken box though no tiles were broken. However all the tiles were covered in some kind of shrink wrap on the face side so we had to wash and scrub clean all the tiles. The tiles were gorgeous but the service from this company was poor - I do not expect to have wash and clean new tiles when delivered so won't be using this company again”

“Wow I’m so pleased with the service here, I felt very looked after, was given some great advice and reassure too. After checking my tiles I found some were a tiny bit chipped on edges - within two days I had the tiles replaced and I couldn’t be happier. Lovely to have good old fashioned service and be able to talk to the same person who remembered my order! Would recommend! Now need to get them on the wall! Thank you for your help tiles360 you are great!”
