Hi Mary, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear you are happy with your tile choice. We would like to cover the issues you have raised, The tile sample you did not receive was refunded. If you would have preferred to still receive that tile the customer service team would have been happy to re-send the sample. With regards to the grout colour it is very much a personal preference, we do however try our best and supply information for colours available, as we only have a limited amount of colours available on our site. “I was disappointed to find that a large percentage of these tiles were in shades of grey while I was expecting tiles of a terra cotta hue. I ordered ten boxes and about four of them are not useable for me.”

“Would be 5star but for the issue that delivery which is kerbside only was not even to doorstep which made for laborious transport into my house. Otherwise everything was perfect, fast delivery and each time in perfect condition. They look to be high quality too.”
