“Superb company A1 Superb company A1 I was apprehensive given some of the previous negative reviews. However, my experience was nothing but superb from start to finish I came across them online. I rang their office where the phone was answered very quickly, dealt with a very manner able and efficient lady who answered all my questions. I went online, placed an order two days later. the tiles arrived exactly as described and exactly as per the online pictures. After unpacking the tiles, there was issue with four of them being damaged I rang the company the phone was answered by a friendly, polite lady who listened to my complaint asked that I email her pictures of the damaged tile which I did she looked at the pictures agreed with my complaint and sent a new packet of tiles which arrived the following day. - now that’s. what I call great customer service. I later found out that lady was a director of the company answering the phones I would highly recommend this company. What I would say, in relation to some of the review complaints I’ve seen is that not just for this company but for all online purchases check the terms and conditions of the company in particular check their returns policy and their delivery policy. If there is a 30 day return policy, then there’s no point trying to return tiles after that point equally if they have a fixed rate for delivery, there’s no point making a small order then moaning about the cost of delivery which will be relatively high”

“Fabulous customer service! My tiles arrived within a week, the delivery guy was really helpful. On unpacking the tiles I found 6 to be broken, I took a picture of the broken tiles and emailed it over to Tiles360 - 8 replacement tiles arrived a couple of days later! I am really impressed with this company and will definitely use them again. Many thanks!”

“Lovely tiles but made an order with the recommended 10% extra and still ran out. Then had to pay for a pallette delivery for 1 box of tiles. They refunded the small purchase charge but was still an added cost I didn't need.”

Thank you for taking the time to add a review. We are sorry to learn you didn't have enough tiles to finish the project on your first order. Yes, we do recommend adding an extra 10% but that is based on the square meterage you are purchasing and have input into the website. If your measurements are slightly out and depending on the layout pattern the 10% extra may not be enough. As an example, if you are doing a herringbone pattern, there is much more wastage and you need at least 20% more tiles than the SQM area measured.

“I needed a sample tile to match the paint colour in our new bathroom. Tiles 360 supplied the sample quickly and it was packed well. I ordered two options for the cobalt blue which were very different.”

“A good experience for us, Tiles360 were willing to send a few sample tiles instead of just one, of a tile range with multiple colours of blue in it. Very helpful in making our decision. Would have liked an option on the website to choose multiple samples IF the tiles have such a colour variation. Had to do three separate orders.”
