“I'm really happy with the tiles but a bit disappointed with the service. I ordered the tiles on a Monday and booked a delivery slot available on their site for Thursday. I took a day off work to wait for the delivery on the Thursday. On the Thursday, I got an email to say the tiles had been despatched and will be delivered by 1700 the following Monday. On the Friday I got another email to say they're on their way and will be delivered by 1600 which the were. I can't complain about the tiles, they're better than expected, just wish they'd been delivered on the right day.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry there was an issue with the delivery and it was late getting to you. We do achieve approx 98% delivery on the date selected, it is just unfortunate there was a one-day delay due to a hold-up at your local delivery depot.

“Best online purchase I've ever experienced! Prompt communication from Customer Care at Tiles360 - They were out of stock at the time but emailed me the minute they were available again The tiles are at a very competitive price compared to other suppliers/shops. My order was delivered to me within 3 days of placing the order and the delivery carrier kept me updated at all times with the time slot. From my personal experience, I would recommend TILES360”

“Awful! never got a tile, n to chase 2 weeks then they said it was the wrong address on my order, and again waited... when I asked for a refund, they did it only for an item, but I have paid for delivery as well (even nobody delivered an item)...”

Thank you for your review. You didn't receive your sample tiles as you put the wrong delivery address when you ordered them. Once you contacted us to ask where they were, this is when the mistake was realised. We contacted the courier company and gave them the new delivery address but it needed to go to a different depot. Because you didn't get the samples the following day, you requested a refund which we did straightaway for the full amount you paid for the sample tiles. There was no refund for delivery as delivery to you was free!
