“I was considering a wood-effect porcelain tile for my bathroom so ordered a few samples in different sizes from different companies. The tile from 360 arrived in good time but was damaged with a large chip in it, which didn't inspire confidence in its durability. It was less realistic than I was hoping for and darker than expected, although the size was good. In the end I decided not to go for wood effect porcelain as didn't want a 'fake' wood effect and decided to go for a complete departure- Brazilian slate.”

“The sample tiles were beautiful & I tried over & over to order them, but the page was "Not found" on the Blue tiles. All the other colours' pages were available, but the link to the Blue just wouldn't work. I tried for a few days. They responded to my enquiry fairly quickly, but we had already bought some different tiles from elsewhere by then.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about a technical error when you wanted to order on that page. You did email us to ask for help on the matter on a Saturday afternoon. Although the internet/website works 24/7, we (as employees) only work Monday to Friday office hours so, unfortunately, we were unable to rectify the issue and reply to you until the Monday morning

“Ordered a tile sample to check the color. Delivery company promised delivery on Monday but never came. Tuesday again promised but never came. Wednesday a different driver delivered but when opened, tile was in 3 pieces! Payment refunded but overall a poor and frustrating time-wasting experience.”

We are sorry to know your tile sample was late and arrived broken. We do our very best to ensure samples are protected from damage but we are at the mercy of courier companies taking care of the parcel when it leaves us.
