“Eddie was absolutely brilliant from start to finish with our training. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the day enjoyable, even when covering such an important subject as paediatric first aid. We would happily have him back for our next training session!”

“Actual training was good, no problems. However the online exam let it down as it didn’t work properly, some answers we long lists of random letters, numbers and punctuation and you had to look through and find the answer which made things very difficult”

“The trainer was great and very informative. Was great to do the practical part to refresh knowledge. The only thing was the tech wasn’t working which meant that some of our team were unable to complete the test and then when they refreshed it, it said they had failed when they didn’t have the opportunity to answer all the questions. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”

“Instructor is amazing but pressed for time as too much content for the time. The questionnaire has a lot of technical issues causing half of my team to fail which was not their fault but the questionnaire glitching. Also technical issue with the videos not working on the paper point”
