Thank you for your feedback, Victoria. We take learner safety and the accuracy of our training content extremely seriously. Our courses are developed in line with current UK first aid guidance, including recommendations from the Resuscitation Council UK, NICE guidance and HSE requirements for workplace first aid training. All course content is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current best practice. We are not affiliated with NHS 999 or 111 call handling services and therefore cannot comment on the internal training or scripts used by individual ambulance trusts or call handlers, which may vary depending on local protocols and the circumstances of a call. However, a member of our clinical review team is both a qualified paramedic and an experienced 999 call handler manager, and our materials are reviewed with clinical oversight. We would never knowingly provide unsafe guidance to learners.
