“I was given my in person training date the same week and thought it'll be long to complete the online part. However with Tigerlily the topics were short but straight to the point as well as being very engaging with questions at the end to test your knowledge. It was great to update my knowledge since my last first aid training back in 2024. I appreciated the visuals and the short quizzes during the modules.”

“This is the first time I have done training with Tigerlilly. Being able to do half online course at Home was very helpful. This meant I could do it in my own time. The practical was delivered beautifully. Both of the trainers explained things very well and kept our attention for all times.”

“Please take more account of neuro diverse people when taking the test at the end. People can struggle to to process questions and answers when other people are chatting and leaving the room.”

“The course was really good. The people delivering the course were engaging and friendly and I learnt a lot. I would definitely do the course with them again. One of the best first aid courses I've been on. Loved the ability to practice bandaging around an impaled object. The one improvement I would suggest is for the team to go on some anti-racism training. There were a number of microaggressions throughout the session that made me wince and could have easily been avoided. (E.g. saying straight hair is more sophisticated, and singling out the Black people to ask if they were born in the UK). As I said before, the instructors were lovely people and I know they absolutely did not mean to cause any harm with these comments but that doesn't make them okay.”
