“Good online training Good up-to-date guidance Trainer was very engaging venue in an undesirable part of town with no tea and coffee supplied and up nine floors with lifts not working well Had to climb the stairs on arrival to avoid being late (Arrived 15 minutes early) will be looking for a different provider in 3 years time to renew my certificate”
